NO customer service

I bought the freeze pipe three weeks ago and broke in half when I was cleaning it. The worst pipe I ever bought. Go to my other review where I show the pictures.

This company has shady business practices. They offer shipping protection but do not honor it. They will mail you broken pipes and glass and refuse to except returns or replace them. Customer service is unapologetically rude. There is no consumer protection. Do not waste your money with this company.

Products are nice they work. One order came with broken glass. My poor rating for this company is for the lack of allowing human contact with customers. Try to find a phone number for them you can’t they are hiding from use, why?…… they boat a great customer service department don’t believe it they don’t answer text, e-mail, or offer a human. Why?….. they have forgot which side of the counter they work on. I wound up replacing the glass myself they didn’t offer, or bring it up.

Customer service text number? Disconnected. Business phone number? Disconnected. You get an email adress and that's it, where hopes for a response go to die. Customer service being gone wouldn't seem like a problem only orders are shipping out of their warehouse so slowly, that the shipping labels expire before they go out. End result is you make a multi hundred dollar purchase and you see that a label was created and it goes no where for over a month. You inquire and if you are lucky a week later you get a response apologizing with zero status info. Seems like a scam, and if it isn't then it's a company that is falling apart so badly that there's barely any difference. Steer clear.

This company takes your money, prints a shipping label, and then sits on your order for weeks. Look at their reviews on BBB, where they got an "F" rating. Looking at the list of customer complaints you will see that the company lies profusely to customers with the worst faith possible; multiple times the company responded to complaints of non receipt of items by saying the item was shipped, which is a lie as most customers gave screenshots from USPS showing that a label was printed but the item was never shipped. Incompetence or deliberate theft? I don't know and don't care. They don't deserve my or your hard earned money! They have no customer service phone either.

Terrible service. Never got my bong and did not provide any feedback that there were going to be delays in shipping prior to purchase. Try Draco Glass they are quick, prompt, and efficient. Sad when a company with great potential can't get the basics down.

I have to echo what has already been said here multiple times. Ordered my freeze pipe Bong Dual and flower kit on the 10th of December. Shipping label was created the next day, so was hyped to get it for the Christmas break. It is now the 5th of January, and the bong hasn't shipped yet. Fedex status still stuck on 'Label Created' status. I have sent 2 emails now to customer service, one on the 20th of December and one on the 28th, no response whatsoever. Just dead silence. If I don't get a response or if it hasn't shipped by next week I am making a paypal claim against them. You can sell the best product in the world, but this kind of service is unacceptable and will be your downfall.
