Best experience for buying glasses!!
The Framery has been so incredible to work with, their customer service is excellent, even if you need to return/exchange frames. I have been trying to find the right pair of new glasses and everyone I have talked to has been so kind and helpful. They also create and fulfill order very quickly! I haven't had to wait as long for my glasses as I have with other eye care providers. I will definitely be using them from now on!

Great Glasses and Great Service
Wonderful experience ordering glasses from The Framery. Customer service was exceptional, the ordering process was easy and the selection of frames was outstanding. My glasses arrived quickly and everything was accurate with the fit being perfect for me. My prescription includes progressive lenses and the placement was spot on. I will definitely be ordering again.

I had a great experience with The Framery. Their customer service is incredibly efficient, attentive, and genuinely focused on helping customers…. I ordered a frame to try on, but unfortunately it wasn’t the right fit for my face shape. When I decided to exchange it for a different frame, the entire process was smooth, simple, and stress-free. The team was extremely helpful throughout the process and made everything much easier than I expected.

Loved the free shipping
Loved the free shipping. It came in 3 days time from when I placed order. Very caring customer service that guided me with my order. Love the contacts and love the beautiful frames that you have.
