My experience was very positive
My experience was very positive! The customer service is amazing. When I needed to return my first pair of glasses to get progressive lenses, the team was very helpful with the process and upfront with pricing. I was nervous about choosing frames and purchasing glasses online, but The Framery made it easy. I highly recommend!

It’s easy to navigate the website. They have excellent selection, and prices are very reasonable. I got my orders timely and was very satisfied with the look and quality of my glasses.

I was very skeptical in the beginning

I am absolutely thrilled
I am absolutely thrilled with my new glasses and how easy the process was. I used the “try on” feature with my camera and it made a world of difference. Even suggested the size of frame I needed, and it was accurate. The frames took around 2 weeks to complete and be shipped. Prices were great. A little pricier bc I have mono vision. I will use them as long as the prices stay competitive. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT SERVICE!
