I called the phone number and my call was answered promptly. That means alot today! I spoke to Chris and he was very polite and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and educated me on the process and then I purchased two teethe. It is simply a miracle that these teethe can be found and once received it just does not seem real. This giant creature so many million years old and I am holding its teethe. I am sure I will make another future purchase and highly recomend these folks. They provide exemplary service and have a product that is spectacular and one of a kind. Warmest regards, Ed
