My express delivery was lost
My express delivery was lost, Company expressed they felt it was unreasonable to expect my package to arrive express delivery as ordered and paid. They, offered to refund the express shipping fees (not done from 5 days ago), but still did nothing to find or help recover the lost package. I put in for lost package and finally received after 11 days. Customer service attitude is horrible. Paid extra for express mail...no evidence they actually sent express mail.Took 11 days to arrive..if you choose to deal with them, use free shipping, they are stealing the extra $9 fee...not honest people.

***UPDATE*** Richard went back and edited his review after our reply below. I wish I could upload screenshots here to show the service used to ship his package. He is now lying to try and slander our business. The shipping label clearly shows PRIORITY MAIL in big letters on the top. Him saying there is no evidence is an outright lie. Richard’s issue is with USPS, he is just taking it out on us…. We spoke to Richard over the phone after he sent us a very nasty and aggressive email stating that it was OUR fault that USPS did not deliver his package on time. We immediately called him to discuss the situation and he explained his disgust with USPS as a whole. His rant went on for a while… I told him that we would at least refund the priority shipping that he paid for (which we didn’t have to do) once the package arrived and we did not hear from him again…. Until today when he replied to an automated email informing him that the package was delivered. Again, he was very aggressive and said that he had been fighting with USPS for days to recover the lost package and we were of NO help. How can we help in a situation that we are completely unaware of??!! We help customers with shipment issues all the time, provided they inform us! Richard is angry that his package didn’t arrive on time, and he is trying to take it out on a small business that cares deeply about it’s reputation.
