This company is not what they claim to be. They do not offer any new ideas than any other real estate program out there, although they claim that they do. There are a lot of modules to go through, and I got to #3 and realized that this is not what they had advertised. I have left several messages via phone, facebook with no reply. I should have performed more due diligence (shame on me) but this is a NON-REFUNDABLE program....do not purchase unless you understand that this is the same as any other program. They advise you to create a "team" in the beginning of the modules, including contractors, lenders and real estate agents. This is a waste of time when you realize that real estate investing is a numbers game. Also they recommend that you go ahead and get set up with a LLC with the state before you get through the program and grasp a full understanding....again, waste of time and money. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL - POOR WAY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS.

We take these kinds of accusations very seriously. Our entire team pours themselves into our members all day every single day. There are several problems with what you’ve written, though, and we’d like to address those with facts. The entire program is customer service. 1. You have direct access to our entire team 18 hours a day in our private community for 12 months. You’ve never once asked for help in the private community, you’ve actually sung our praises! 2. You have a dedicated support email with a 4-hour response time for 12 months. You’ve never once emailed support. You messaged us on our business page twice, both times you received a response within 68 minutes. 3. You have direct access to two coaches via email and video calls for 3 months. Regarding the direct access to two coaches, of the 6 one-on-one calls you had access to in your first 3 months, you only attended 4. During those calls directly with one of our coaches, you never complained about anything other than your own lack of motivation and confidence. 4. You have direct access to a coach weekly for 12 weeks. Of the 12 weekly emails your coach sent you to check on your progress and offer help where needed, you only responded to 3: Apr 7, Apr 26, May 19 The content of those responses was specifically about your lack of motivation and confidence. You noted each time that you were putting of taking the action you know you needed to take. None of the above matches your complaint of no customer service. Our team goes above and beyond when it comes to supporting our members. Now to the curriculum, that is intentionally laid out in the logical order of things, step-by-step. You’ve had access to the curriculum for 3 months, and have completed 23% and you last logged in a month ago. The lack of motivation you’ve mentioned many times throughout your time in our program is reflected here. The lack of confidence is overcome by taking the actions clearly and simply laid out. Many people go through the curriculum once to get familiar with it, then again to do the action items that lead you step-by-step through the process. We state regularly, that you are the one who decides how you best learn and process things, and you can go through the lessons however you want. The most frustrating part of coaching someone is that you can give them everything they need, show them how these exact steps and processes worked for many others who were also scared and lacked confidence, but we can’t do the work for them. None of the accusations in your review are supported by the facts. We aren’t to blame when someone doesn’t show up for themselves and take the necessary action they say they’re committed to taking. Yes, it’s hard and scary to make changes and do things that are uncomfortable, that’s precisely why our community and program are so powerful and have helped thousands of women change their lives, when they’re committed to changing. It’s disheartening that you’ve had so much direct contact with us, and you’ve never said these things to us. And instead, you use an online review forum.
