It's a fabulous program, by women for women at all stages. The coaches will motivate you, share their strategies and knowledge, and hold your hand throughout your first fix-and-flip! A very powerful team!

This program provides a decent foundation for absolute beginners, but its core strategies are completely unrealistic for highly competitive, high-priced markets like California, leading to constant rejection and frustration. The curriculum heavily emphasizes that "there is no such thing as a low offer," yet applying this on active listings results in getting completely ghosted by real estate agents who view the strategy as unprofessional. Furthermore, the standard math fails locally because intense institutional competition and high land values prevent prices from dropping low enough to leave a profitable margin. Even trying to pivot to strategies like pre-foreclosures or tax delinquencies requires an exhausting amount of extra time and effort just to find a deal. Off-market vacant homeowners here still demand top dollar even for properties requiring a total rehab. While this program might work in lower-cost, out-of-state markets where low-balling is more accepted, it is a waste of time and money for high-demand regions, and I would not recommend it. Also the sales person Natalie is a big sales manipulator & desperate. she also lied about her flipping a home? When you search for her name on the page there’s no history of her ever flipping anything. Please do your due diligence. Thank you for the response, but shifting the blame to my lack of 'creativity and persistence' avoids the actual issue: your program's core strategies are fundamentally unrealistic for high-cost, hyper-competitive markets like California. Your formulas completely ignore local baseline land values and intense institutional competition, and instructing students to submit constant low-ball offers on active listings simply destroys investor credibility and gets beginners ghosted by local agents. Instead of trying to turn this around on the student, you need to take accountability for the fact that your generic curriculum does not work in high-demand regions, and I stand by my review. Lastly remote flipping is not what I bought. So please really think about what you’re saying bc this is not a good look on your company.

I have been in the FlipSisters program for the last 3 months, and while I'm still in the drinking-from-the-fire-hydrant learning phase, I'm so deeply impressed. The info is invaluable, and it's not just a few tips - it's the keys to what has traditionally been gate kept by real estate investors. The excellent 1:1 mentorship, as well as the group coaching, are truly the cornerstones of putting it all together. I'm actively in the market to purchase my first property, and having the coaching team in place to walk me through it as I go? Priceless.

I like FlipSisters, Reasons, FlipSisters platform is well organized, informative, direct to your goal. They help sisters move to the next step when you feel they can not do it alone, lost and do not know how to tackle issues come on the way to obtain the desired goal.

The one-on-one support from the coaches, along with the incredible sisterhood inside the Facebook group, has given me both the courage and the practical tools to work through every obstacle that’s come up along the way. Having a community of women who genuinely want to see each other succeed has been empowering in ways I didn’t expect. Today, my LLC is officially live, and I’ve already connected with a team of partners who are helping me move toward my goals using the systems and guidance FlipSisters provides. I paid $15,000 for this course mainly… I paid $15,000 for this course mainly because of the promises of mentorship, coaching, and networking with others in the same field. Unfortunately, the actual course content was extremely disappointing. The main tool provided was just a calculator that could easily be found for free online. I was also promised a personal coach, but after being with the program for over a year, I never once met or worked directly with the coach I was told I would have access to. Honestly, I learned far more from the networking calls and other students than from the course itself. During my time in the group, I created a software designed to help real estate investors analyze deals more efficiently. Many of the mentors were very eager to see the software and even gave recommendations on features they thought I should add. However, once the software started becoming more developed, one mentor asked me, “How much of this software will be mine?” even though they had no involvement in building it. When I made it clear that I was not looking for investors or partners, the entire atmosphere changed. I began experiencing harassment, was told not to show the software anymore, and even felt threatened over it. Shortly after, they began attempting to create their own version based on the same idea. If you have bad credit, I would strongly suggest not wasting your money here, because many of the strategies and opportunities discussed may not even be realistic for you. Another major issue was the inconsistency and bias within the community. I was removed from FlipSecrets for promoting my own business, even though mentors and contractors inside the group regularly promoted paid services of their own. Once I offered my services, I was kicked out and effectively lost my $15,000 investment. Be aware that everything is heavily monitored, including so-called “network calls,” which often did not feel like real networking at all. Please do your research carefully before joining. In my opinion, this course was not worth the money, and I wish I had saved my investment.

After researching several mentorship programs, I confidently chose The FlipSisters. My decision came down to their affordability and authenticity. The mentors bring real-life experience and are always eager to help—it’s honestly impressive how quickly they respond. The program is easy to follow, and when things get tough or doubts creep in, I know I have a supportive community of real estate sisters to lean on. Truly one of the best investments I’ve made.
