Jake is awesome and so is his course. I was able to follow his course and accomplish everything he pitches. I had 0 previous real estate experience and completed 2 successful flips. I'm currently on my 3rd one. A lot of phony gurus out there but Jake is the real deal. If you are ready to put in the work, I highly recommend his course.

The year was 2017. But if you are devoted, grounded & willing to put in the work required you too will also be able to achieve what I prior to Jake thought I might not be able to.
