The content and community this program provides is priceless. The content Jake teaches will have you knowing every single step in the process from finding deals to closing deals and everything in between. You also have access to a community of like minded individuals all pursuing the same goals who are all willing to help you along the way. You do have to work to get results, but Jake gives you all the tools needed to succeed.

Jakes videos are very informative. He gives you a process that helps you think out of the box when it comes to real estate investing. You really are the only person stopping yourself from achieving the freedom that you want.

So far my experience hasn’t been that great and I haven’t been able to get what I thought I was going to get out of this course. I’ve put in plenty of offers on properties got a few deals under contract needed gap funding and couldn’t get any gap funding . Asked Jake for a refund and that request was denied. I feel like my hard earned money has went down the drain .Why not just give a unsatisfied customer a refund this is sad & Jack did reject my request out right by saying you’re welcome to get back active within the mentorship. It shouldn’t matter how long it’s been it takes time to get started and try and actually see if you’ll get results especially if you have other things going on . It’s crazy how people treat you once they have your money.

The Flip Secrets Mastery videos are explained in such great detail, and it truly takes the mystery out of house flipping. Thank you to Jake and the Flip Secrets team for such a great platform for us to grow our passion for house flipping.

The content was great. Jake was diligent in responding to any questions and his answers were very helpful. You could tell he put a lot of time and effort into mentoring. 10/10
