The program has been extremely helpful. The coaches are knowledgeable and ready to assist you with whatever issues you may have. Due to there coaching I am now submitting offer and getting them accepted.

Less like business more like family! Especially in the real estate investing game which can be cut throat its refreshing to have a community willing to help each other out. But I would like to give a special shout out to Sam Jones she has been super helpful I learn something every time I get on her calls. From when I first started until now her wide range of knowledge and ability to simplify things is unmatched. Good information that I didn't know I needed is always oozing out of her. And she isn't selfish most recently she did a interview with a HML that came on and dropped bombs on us. So much value and Sam wanted us to get that! Much appreciation !

Very informative program that get you all you need if you want to start investing in real estate! My Husband and I had the blessing to have coach Sam and Julia they are Rock Stars I'm telling you! Keep up the good work guys!

Jake is relatable and put things in a frame that is clear and easy to understand. This training helped open my eyes to things that I didn't think were possible and my business will benefit forever as a result. If you stay focused and put in the work, you can leverage this program to improve your business.

The thing that has made my experience great, is the fact that the coaches "actually" care about my success. It is evident by the questions they ask, and the encouragement given based on my answers to their questions. Even the tough "I don't want you to know that about me" answers. Also, the manner in which the material is taught is priceless. Simple and plain.

I am about a month into the program and I have found it extremely valuable. The content is easy to understand, the accountability partners are an amazing resource and the community is welcoming and helpful. I can’t wait to put everything I learned into practice!

The education component is out of this world, there's no death by PowerPoint. Jake goes through real life examples to show us that this system can be used by ANYONE. This has given me a tremendous amount of confidence to start a new career and business!

It's 2024 and we have a huge range of information, that we can tap into at any moment. Our phone can get us literally anything we want in life, and all we got to do is go online. You can buy a car, a weekend trip to Cancun, and so much more. This program has literally changed my life. I've gone through other programs and I've watched hundreds of Youtube videos on flipping houses. Nothing even comes close to this program! I'm blown away on how Jake has strategically put together such a great course. This program is structured so well, that I would be very confused if someone completed the videos, and couldn't flip a house. He provides HML and Gap lenders to us, and they know we may have bad credit, and no prior experience. To top it off we have access to our own coaches. That right there is so important because there are times through the process where they play a huge role on us executing these deal. My couch Ed B has been in my corner time after time. He always answers my calls and he explains things to me very clearly. The cool thing about him is he can relate to me, because he also didn't come from money. He doesn't just coach me with real estate, he's actually helped me keep a clear mindset also.
