Jake is full of knowledge and both myself and my business partner are very happy we came across his program. Does it cost, yes, but it doesn't cost all at once, and is investing in yourself to get the knowledge you need to FEEL like you'll be successful and actually move forward worth it? I cannot express strongly enough how the Flip Secrets program has exceeded my expectations. Jake is a fantastic speaker with a wealth of knowledge and has created a system that condenses years of hard-knock experience into just a few weeks. Within two weeks, I was able to have a property under contract, where I expect to make over $50,000. While I don't expect to make that much every time, it is certainly achievable if you pay attention and simply follow the steps. The community is, BY FAR, the best part of this group. We communicate daily, and the coaches provide help every single day. The support and camaraderie are truly unparalleled.

The Flip Secrets master classes are easy to follow for no experienced person like me. Jake even explained how to extend the cells on the Excel sheet to see the #### numbers. He explains that detail. They have coaching calls 4 times or more per week where the other courses normally have once a week so, you don't need to wait for whole week to get answers. The community members actively help each other. I can always go back and watch the recorded coaching calls.
