I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Yashika Lama, a ticket officer who truly went above and beyond to ensure my journey from Vancouver to Kathmandu was as seamless and enjoyable as possible. From the moment I began planning my trip, Yashika demonstrated exceptional professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine willingness to help. Yashika listened carefully to my preferences and requirements, and she found me the best flight options that perfectly suited my needs. Her ability to understand my concerns and provide thoughtful solutions was truly impressive. She ensured that I had a smooth booking experience and even assisted in selecting the best meals onboard, which made my flight all the more comfortable and enjoyable. Throughout the entire process, Yashika's friendly demeanor and commitment to solving any issues that arose left me feeling confident and well taken care of. Her dedication to providing excellent service is truly commendable, and I am grateful for her support. Thank you, Yashika, for making my travel experience exceptional. Your hard work and dedication have not gone unnoticed, and I look forward to booking future trips with your assistance. Sincerely, Mandip Keshari Aryal

The overall experience and the price at which we received the tickets was very satisfying. Heena was excellent at communication and I felt like I was talking to a friend rather than a CSA/travel agent. I would highly recommend using the flight boss for your next trip.

Absolutely amazing to work with "Yashika Lama". Showed a lot of patience and found great deals. Sadly our trip is not concrete, but, we will recommend her to many friends and groups.
