My phone stopped working, and I believed the problem could be the digitizer. I was highly recommended to go to the ‘Fix Phone Repair’ location inside the Livonia, Michigan Walmart today. I was told to ask for ‘Sam’. Sam was very welcoming with a pleasant attitude throughout. Instead of a digitizer, he quickly diagnosed the problem was due to an AI-developed app I’d recently added. In less than ten minutes, Sam got the phone working, and I left a happy, satisfied customer and thrilled he’d fixed my phone in such a short time.

I went to this place by chance, at the St. Louis Galleria, while waiting for a table at Cheesecake Factory. I thought they might have a holster for my phone. I had just gotten a new case, but it didn’t fit my old holster. A woman named Ash looked through a box of holsters and cases. After a while, she found one and showed me that my phone fit into the holster she had found. I paid for it and eventually left. While I was eating, I noticed that there was a completely different case on my phone—not the case I had originally come in with. I only wanted a holster. Without clearly telling me what she was doing, Ash had removed my original case and replaced it with another case that would fit the holster she was selling me. She also kept my original case. I felt completely tricked. When I went back and explained what had happened and asked for a refund, I was told that their policy does not allow refunds. They said it was a misunderstanding and that the only thing they could do was offer an exchange. I looked around the store for something I could actually use, but found nothing. I believe Ash was trying to be slick about the transaction. She didn’t even give me a receipt. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I felt misled during the transaction and very dissatisfied with how the situation was handled afterward.

I went to The fix Walmart in Stuart, FL. They gave me perfect customer service and fixed my phone issue in very quick time.

Went in to repair my screen. Came out unable to charge my phone or even keep it on for longer than three to five seconds before it shuts down completely.

They were very helpful and were able to accomplish the fixes that my tablet need for a very reasonable amount.

They took their time and were extremely reasonable in their repair costs.
