Always allot enough time upon delivery and install to review how to care for the equipment purchased and how to manipulate the machines. The delivery and install were great, but no guidance was given on the care and use of the equipment or who to contact if a machine was broken. My sales guys were perfect! No disappointments from them at all.
Response from The Fitness DepotMay 16, 2018
Thanks for the review Jeanette! You can always contact us at the store if you have any questions or service issues. We'll be sure to take care of you.
