This company is the best in the business in my opinion. I had an order that got lost by the postal service and they sent me a new order for free. Their customer service is top notch and their variety of fish medications is unmatched. I highly recommend!

i ordered fix mox 500, after awhile it said delivered but never arrived. i pointed this out and they told me wait a bit. i had already waited 7 days past it said delivered already but on their instruction i waited some more time. i then msged them refund or reship preferably cause i have still have no product. they offered reship, the reshipment arrived in the expected time and it was good. ALSO nearly half a year later to me and thefishantiiotics.com's surprise the original fix mox arrives. i asked what they wanted me to do with it and they said i could keep it for free. if i need fish antibiotics again , id definitely shop here again.

Ordered the 500 mg FishMox. Fast response to order completion, package was sent out immediately. Unfortunately, USPS in my area jacked things up - sent from regional hub to closest major city, then to small town nearby - and they then sent it back to the main city, which then sent it back to the hub! They tried again and got it right, but delayed delivery by 4 days! :( Fortunately, I was able to treat my tank and fish timely, but it was stressful due to the USPS error! Notified they are going to need prescriptions starting in May, so I decided I should get another bottle. I mean, what am I supposed to do, tote my aquarium in to a veterinarian? Facetime the fish with the vet as a service call? Some things are just so ridiculous in this world! Anyway, second order was placed on March 7, and delivered March 13, WITHOUT ERRORS, so I'm grateful for that! :) Of note, my first order was done through PayPal, and I got an email receipt. My second order was direct with credit card, and I never got an email receipt - HOWEVER, I took the time to log in to my account and verified the order was received, and saw when it was shipped, so this was not a problem for me. If you are purchasing, I recommend having an account to prevent undue stress and anxiety... :)

Update review: received order today 3/24, ordered 3/8. No response until I posted the original review below. They then provided a tracking number and asked me to remove the review. This was not my only issue. The below also created skepticism across the board for me. They said they had a new warehouse and would update their site, no comment on the non-working number. Also no comment on where the new warehouse actually is. Yet, my product arrived and it was shipped from Country Side Pet Supplies in West Plains, MO. I asked for third party testing because of the created skepticism. Said they could provide that information. Never received… also said they couldn’t disclose certain things due to adherence to strict FDA regulations… after researching, the FDA does not regulate or approve this. They said they are manufactured in the USA. My products are branded with “aqua soma labs”. That is in Australia. The lack of transparency is my issue. However, they have offered a refund with each communication. Since I did receive the order 16 days later as well as the refund offer, I will bump from a one star to a three star. Original review: Never received order. Placed a contact request in their site and no response. Called the number on the site and it is “not a working number” and the bi googled the address listed and it’s an empty building with “for lease” signs on a old out of business for office supplies.
