Echt super.

having returned after 16 hours travelling was "treated" to aggressive rude gate attendant at 11.30 at night. Made management aware and they essentially called me a liar and said as I was out in under 90 seconds what was the problem? Clearly manners and customer service are non-existent! Fast Park 2 BWI NEVER AGAIN!

Excellent service! And never a long wait for the shuttle. The drivers are courteous and very helpful.
