Molly helps you zero-in on where you want to be, then gives you tools to cut through the noise and land the position you truly want. I got my first interview within 3 days.
Her program has specific workable guidelines you can rely on to source unlisted job leads, deal with recruiters, be authentic & proactive in interviews, negotiate offers, and connect with a community of like-minded job seekers.
I think the best part, for me, is the structure. She's not providing tricks or gimmicks, but gets real about putting in the work, believing in yourself, and operating with diligence and conviction. HIGHLY recommend this program if you're job hunting or looking for a career change. Molly's system will definitely help you get there.

The BEST investment you’ll make in your…
The BEST investment you’ll make in your executive job search!
Working with Molly and The Executive Job Search was truly one of the best and most impactful experiences to set me up for long-term professional success.
The entire process is intense and holds you accountable but the clarity gained and positive result IS WORTH IT. The “Smart Questions” are true GAME CHANGERS and had Executives I interviewed with stating, “this was the best interview and conversation I have had in quite some time, if not ever” Job offer!
The process takes you away from the failed “shot gun” approach of “I am open and could do any job” to a streamlined, focused approach on the highest and best use of you and a win for your career and employer.
Molly is a true pro and has extensive experience working with seasoned executives in a number of sectors to draw from and offer real, tangible, and useful strategies for you. Ultimately this will set YOU up for long-term success. It is truly the best investment in yourself that you will ever make!

Amazing program for the career shift I dreamed of
My position was eliminated due to COVID, and spent 12 months in a very unsuccessful search. I found the Executive Job Search program, and in less than three months my life changed. The process that the program takes you through, is thoughtful and meaningful. The topic meetings and gatherings with other clients, and networking opportunities were very helpful and very informational. The expertise and insight drew a straight line for me, and in my first opportunity to use the skills taught I landed the best position for me. I highly recommend working with The Executive Job Search program.

The Executive Job Search is the BEST program for executives in a job search. Forget the rest!
During my career I've had the opportunity to use traditional career transition services firms after experiencing downsizing at two large corporations. These transition firms were well-regarded, had existed for decades, and cost my former employers $8,000-10,000 each. The only problem was their legacy approaches didn't work, in particular as they emphasized applying to job postings online, and being ready to [eloquently] spew every possible good thing I've done when I did get a live interview. In another case, a "Career Coach" guaranteed to find me a job for only an $8,000 fee. I passed on that one (as anyone reading this should.)
I then happened upon Molly Wendell's approach in The Executive Job Search program. The truth is I was skeptical, as her approach was so different than that of the legacy transition firms. And she wasn't an HR expert, but rather a business executive who had gone through her own painful job search earlier in her career. So instead of being taught to recite every fact about me into every break in a conversation, her approach taught me to have a business conversation, questioning interviewers about their objectives, competition, profit centers, problems I would need to solve, shifts in target markets, and other facets of their business. Her program solidified this in an easy-to-follow approach all for a more than reasonable price.
She even has these live calls where she can save you a ton of time by telling you what you should do in life. No more wasting time on the wrong roles!
Using Molly's approach, the interviewer (in my case this was typically the CEO) would invariably respond with "that's a great question, no one has asked me that before", or "I like the way you think, when can we talk again?" And 60 days later I had the right job, at the right money. How cool is that?!?
