It's been quite a while since I've been in a job search and I'm glad I found The Executive Job Search to help me navigate this new terrain. Molly is approachable, knowledgeable about many industries, and provides super practical, spot-on advice regarding all stages of the job search process. I honestly wasn't sure I'd like the structure of the program, but have grown to love it, with short, video modules to watch on your own time (and to rewatch as many times as you need), support and advice via an online community and also a few monthly group calls for deeper dives into topics and more robust personalized feedback. Although there are exercises to help you clarify your career aspirations, don't expect personal/life coaching...this program is specifically targeted to positioning yourself for a successful job search right now, and it's highly effective, especially if you're contemplating a career shift. As others have said, you need to put significant work in and be ready for feedback that may be hard to hear (but what you NEED to hear) to help you land a job that makes the highest and best use of your talents and experience.
