My experience with Evolving Digital was extremely disappointing. I hired them expecting professional service, clear communication, and competent work, but my experience was the complete opposite.
Throughout the project, I felt the process was disorganized and unprofessional, and I repeatedly questioned whether the team actually knew how to deliver what had been promised. Communication and execution did not meet my expectations, and ultimately I was left dissatisfied with both the work and the way the situation was handled.
Most frustrating of all, I paid money for services and came away feeling like they took my money without delivering what I reasonably expected in return. From my perspective, I did not receive the level of service I paid for.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Evolving Digital. If you are considering working with them, I strongly suggest getting every deliverable, deadline, refund condition, and payment term clearly documented in writing before paying.

Serious Concerns About Transparency, Security, and Contract Performance
Serious concerns about security, access, and contract performance
I had a very concerning experience with involving digital. I paid the company thousands of dollars under a written contract to build, post, maintain, and build several applications but important promises and contractual obligations were not fulfilled.
After working with them, I discovered an unauthorized change to my Apple account information. The banking account information was changed. It was changed to a bank that routes money out of the country. I also created a new email account solely for this project, never used it elsewhere, and provided it only to this company. That account later began receiving phishing emails. I cannot prove who sent them, but the circumstances raise serious concerns about how my information was handled and protected.
I was initially told I was working with people using names such as Jason and Ben and that the company was based in Wyoming. I later found information indicating that people involved with this company were operating from Pakistan and that the Wyoming address was a mail forwarding company. The company also represented itself as operating from Australia. I later learned that individuals I communicated with were named Mustaqeem and Usman. The inconsistent information about names, locations, and who was performing the work created serious concerns about transparency and accountability.
The applications were far below the quality and functionality promised. The company took the server offline even though continued operation, maintenance and updates were included in the contract and had already been paid for. I had to hire other developers to establish and replace server to continue the project.
The company also told me I needed two servers and charged me thousands of additional dollars for the second one the developers a later hired determined that the second server was unnecessary.
I was not giving proper access or control over the database, server, source code, posting environment, or other infrastructure I was paying for. The applications also contained encrypted and restricted components that neither I nor the replacement developers could access or decrypt. Because we could not fully inspect maintain or safely verify the applications, we took them offline to protect our customers and rebuild them from scratch.
Another major concern involved a paid legal consulting feature. The system was built so customers pay card information could be replaced in the applications database instead of being handled entirely through an established payment process. When I raised the issue, I was charged additional money to correct it, but it still was not corrected properly. I am not claiming the company used anyone's credit information; my concern is how the system was designed and that I was denied the access needed to verify how sensitive information was handled.
I ultimately paid other developers and service providers for work already included in my written contract, meaning I paid twice for significant portions of the project. I also paid thousand for an unnecessary second server, and the original application had to be removed and rebuilt.
I have records supporting my experience, including the contract, invoices, payment, communications, access requests, account records, server information, and payments to replacement developers and many hours of video recorded meetings.
Based on my experience, anyone considering this company should verify its legal identity and actual operating location, maintain direct control of all codes, servers, database, domains, developer accounts, and payment systems, and obtain an independent technical review before paying substantial amount..
This experience cost me thousands of additional dollars and left me with serious concerns about security, transparency, access, contract performance comments and accountability.
My concern is not whether they can build websites for advertise. It is how my project was handled behind the scenes, restricted access, security issues, unnecessary charges, and failure to follow the written contract. The friendly presentation did not match their actions.
I would not hire this company again.

Do not do business with this company
Do not do business with this company, they do not provide what is promised and does not live up to their commitments. I was promised a refund after paying over 2k for a website that was never completed. They paid half and never returned the rest of the agreed refund. I called and texted repeatedly with no answer, when they finally did answer they stated it would be too much of a financial burden on the company to honor my refund. So unprofessional. Buyer beware!
