The Events CalendarReviews of theeventscalendar.com

The Event Calendar and TEC Pro are the best calendar solution for WordPress. We’re also using Event Tickets Plus and Promoter — all great products. What is really great is the support staff who have helped tailor all these apps to fit our unique requirements. With their direction, I’ve been able to make CSS and PHP mods (I’m a programmer with prior knowledge of these languages and tools). Just finding where to make the mods is 99% of the mod jobs. A big thank you goes to their SUPER SUPPORT STAFF.

I recently interacted with The Events Calendar Support team and had a great experience. Gladys Roldan was responsive and provided detailed answers regarding licensing options for development environments. Her guidance made navigating the plugin's features much easier. Gladys also kept my ticket open for further questions, demonstrating a commitment to customer support. Additionally, the welcome discount coupon was a thoughtful gesture. Overall, the support I received was excellent, and I would definitely recommend their services for future projects. Thank you, Gladys and the team!

Quick answer, follow up and issue resolved !

Got very clear answers to my questions.

The support is suberb: explendid answer to my question with details and expertise :)

Great plugins, used across multiple client sites. The support team are very helpful when replying to tickets and never take too long to reply (normally within a 24hour period). Have dealt with a few different members of the support team and all are very helpful and quick to resolve most issues, self-inflicted and otherwise.

I had a recent experience with Events Calendar Pro that I had to share. The plugin works great, but what impressed me more is the stellar support. We had an issue with a website that we thought was related to this plugin. Turns out it was something different. But Atousa with the Events Calendar support team helped me resolve the issue, which got my client's website up and running again just in time for a big event. They were so grateful (and so was I!). This is the kind of company that I like to purchase Wordpress plugins from. I know they won't leave me high and dry. And Atousa went one step further and helped solve a problem that wasn't theirs to begin with. Thank you!!

Very nice support, thank you. We had a special need for a customer and the support person assigned to us did everything to help us realize this requirement. We appreciate it very much.
