Never disappoint me, or my wife!!

Well I read there is a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Well this is not true. While I understand their stance on health and safety. You can only get a refund if the product is unopened and unused. Well I ask myself if that the case, how would you know if its what you want and if you like It?? I was in email correspondence it them and never heard back.

Second bottle of lubricant arrived sooner than expected. I’m looking forward to buy more products from this company.

The customer service was excellent. However the USPS care of the package was not up to par. They destroyed the product while it was in transit. The company is shipping a replacement.

The plastic cylinder cracks under negative pressure. This was my second tube and after one (1) day it cracked the length of the tube. Wall thickness is not sufficient. Very disappointing.

Works enormously 😀 well.

Its so great trust me it live up to its claim never leave home without

Just as advertised and the delivery was super discrete for privacy.
