I’ve ordered several watches for both myself and my wife. The quality has been exceptional. Maris has done a fantastic job in helping me select the watch, band, colors I’ve wanted to give us a perfect blend of products. Maris communicated throughout the process and gave timely updates from selection thru delivery. Just fantastic working with her. I would HIGHLY recommend Emlina!!!!

I am still waiting for a response it what has turned out to be a real issue. I purchased a LV purse and matching wallet. The purse was not as advertised as it was supposed to be trimmed in grained leather which turned out to be plastic. Emlina offered to replace it for an additional $150 for a Prada purse of my choosing. They said it was in stock and ready to ship. The next day they informed me it actually wasn’t available. Then they asked me to choose another product up to $409. At the same time, the company offered 35% savings on all full priced goods, so I chose a wallet and a bag, both were full priced and with the discount, came to exactly the $409 they had offered. They refused to honor this. I’m still waiting to hear from them as I feel this is fair. If they don’t honor this I will never again buy from them. I’ve asked for a full refund including the additional $150 I paid. They, so far haven’t agreed to that either. Their return policy contradicts this action.

This website is legitimate, it’s very scary shopping online for these certain items and being scammed however, it has been an amazing experience from the beginning. Just be aware that the processing portion does take about a week however the shipping was so quick and fast. I purchased a Crossbody bag and it was as expected, very nice and luxury. I will be purchasing another back shortly. Looking forward to my next experience.
