Been working with Simon and the TEA team for 6 months now honestly it’s been amazing. It’s not your typical agency setup where you’re left dealing with juniors overseas and chasing results. It’s a proper ecosystem. You’ve got experts across creatives, emails, strategy, finance, AI, the whole lot, all jumping in and actually helping you build the skills yourself. So you’re not just outsourcing, you’re actually levelling up. My experience is probably a bit different since Simon’s also a business partner and we’ve gone pretty deep (even travelled to Nepal together to shoot a doco 😅), but credit where it’s due. The bloke shows up 24/7 and he genuinely cares. Anytime there’s a gap in my knowledge around e-com or tech, he steps in and sorts it. No fluff, just gets it done. I mean butt heads a few times and he can be a pain in the a**se sometimes but I need that as founder to keep my head focused. The best part is that youu’re not left in the dark. You actually understand what’s going on in your business and how to move it forward. If you’re sick of burning cash on ads and not knowing why things aren’t working, this is well worth a crack. 5 stars from me 👍

After a decade in e-commerce, I thought I knew the game pretty well… turns out I knew the old game. Coming back in after a 3 year break felt like stepping into a completely different arena, and Simon’s programme was the perfect way to get back up to speed without fumbling around trying to figure it out myself. The masterclasses were sharp, practical, and covered everything I needed to relaunch properly, not just theory, but real, usable stuff you can actually implement straight away. Honestly, you can try to figure it all out on your own… but that’s the slow, painful route (ask me how I know). If you value your time and want to move fast, this accelerator is a no-brainer. My business literally exists because of Simon, the team and their knowledge. I genuinely could not have done it without them. Seriously the most amazing and real bunch of people you will ever have in your corner in business! We met Simon about 4 years ago now in a Shopify program we signed up for and little did we know how important that moment was at the time and how we would grow 400% in just the first year alone thanks to Simon and his team. From going to the meta gyms to learn about how to scale my ads, to going to email gyms and working on campaigns to “offer” gyms , where a simple creative session on our offer changed our entire business strategy and doubled our sales in a week. One area in particular that Simon and his team has helped us immensely is with our Ads. From understanding how to read our data, to having access to the latest meta changes and how to implement it into our business. We have a solid understanding on how to make a good creative and are constantly coming up with new and innovative ideas weekly with his brilliant team. Tyler alone is worth the money! What he has done for our business is his deep understanding of our brand and know exactly how to scale us. We know that he is the best, because we even went and tried an agency last year (just to try it because we wanted to understand the difference) which we paid $10,000 A MONTH.. And in the first month we were down 50% on the previous year. Within 3 months we were back with Tyler and within a week he had us back on track and getting us a ROAS more than any month with the agency we tried. I would bet my entire business on Simon and this program. He honestly cares about you as a founder and the whole community is incredible. We share so many ideas with each other and I learn so much from other brands in this. If you are sitting on the fence as to whether you want to join..
