I have shipment since 17of October delayed then it came with one item not delivered also I have another shipment not came and I didn’t receive any news about it

Excellent customer service from the staff at The Dress Warehouse!! The original dress I ordered didn't come in the color I wanted however I received such personalized service and was able to get the dress in my size in a different color which turned it to be even more beautiful!! The Dress Warehouse definitely gets my 5 🌟 's from me!!

Portia and scarlett dresses: one dress i ordered was based on the one you showed in the pictures provided and i got a white dress!!! The other two dresses had no breast lining at all! Not even bra cups or anything! So disappointed

Ordered a dress on Oct 23 which I needed to wear on Nov7th. They sent me a “sorry this dress is no longer available” notice on Oct 29th... 6 days later! Now I can’t even pick a different dress because they claim the order takes up to 7 days to process. I asked if they could rush it since they did not deliver the dress they claim to have in stock when I ordered and also charged me for. They said no. Now I don’t have a dress for my husband’s Marine Corps Birthday ball. Therefore, my experience with thedresswarehouse was crap. I will not give them credit for the full refund.. they didn’t delivered the dress so no crap I asked for my money back! ..
