If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This company is a complete joke. I ordered a dress, only for them to call and say it wasn’t in stock—so they offered a different size in a different color, which I reluctantly accepted. Then, an entire week later, they had the nerve to email me AGAIN saying that one wasn’t in stock either. At this point, I expected a delivery, not a second notification proving they have no clue what they’re doing. Their inventory system is a mess, their communication is pathetic, and their reliability is nonexistent. If you have an event, a deadline, or literally anything important to dress for, do not trust these people. They will waste your time without hesitation. I will never order from them again, and honestly, save yourself the headache—they are absolutely not worth it.

I recently dealt with The Dress Warehouse customer service team to source a dress that was in stock at the New York Showroom. They were SO friendly, helpful, and sent photos/videos of the dress to help convey the condition it was in. The dress arrived in Canada only two days after the order was placed, and is exactly what we ordered. I was nervous to order based on some other reviews, but if you're buying something that is in stock in NYC I think there is not a reason to be anxious.

I bought a floor length gown, as the description stated it was and according to all the pictures posted in the ad online. The dress I received barely hit below my knees. I am not a tall woman. I am 5'4"...Because of their policy of no returns or exchanges, I am stuck with a $200 dress that will not work for what I need and looks ridiculous on me.

I bought a size 12 and received Size 16/18 ...Here is their anwer: "We do apologize we advise on our return policy that we do not accept any returns". Extremely disspointed.....I do NOT recommended. Keep away !

High quality dresses for discount prices. Will definitely shop again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a dress and when it came in it looked nothing like the picture at all. The color of the metallic accents was not at all what was shown. Also, the skirt size was not at all correct it was cheap looking and felt awful on. WOULD NOT EVER GET A DRESS HERE AGAIN!!!! One last thing... they don't do returns or exchanges which is INSANE. When I went to the "help center" to figure this out there was NO information available. In conclusion, I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM AGAIN!
