How was I to know this was a download? I guess that explains the free shipping. Guess this is an opportunity to try out ebooks, but I would have preferred a book I could hold in my hands and take to my art group.

Same experience as others. TheDomchek advertised a book as a hardcopy. Nothing was mentioned about an ebook. In their FAQ's they specifically stated they "Do not sell ebooks". After 10 days and not receiving my book I searched my spam mail and located an email with a link for a download of an ebook. I did NOT order an e-book and have attempted to contact them on several occasions, both by phone which goes to voicemail and email with no response.
