ThedomchekReviews of thedomchek.com

No printed books, only digital copies in a format that requires you to set up a cloud storage account. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. AT THE PRICE I PAID, I didn’t think I needed to check reviews, seemed legit. Misrepresentation!

I purchased a book for my mom that turned out to be an e-book. My mom is not able to use this kind of book. This person refused to refund me. No where on the site did it say it was an ebook.

Horrible!! I (thought) I was purchasing a physical book and received nothing. No where during my purchase was I advised I was purchasing a digital book and not a real book. In fact, in the company’s FAQ section, they deny that they sell ebooks. I emailed them and they said it was an ebook and I told them there was no link to download and ebook that I was asked for my address to have ship. First and only time I’ll deal with this fraud company. Notifying PayPal of the fraudulent transaction

Bait and switch, thought I was getting a paperback they sent a download link for a fricken PDF file. There goes my $10 Email from "Customer Service" Hello, Please note you purchase a digital book, instant delivery to email after purchase. You can read this book on any device you want Just download the file and open it with any pdf app.

If I could give this NO STARS, I would. I purchased a book from them as a Christmas gift for someone around Thanksgiving. I waited aa few weeks and I received nothing. I contacted Customer Service and they replied back saying it was an "e-book." I checked their website's "About us" page and checked the product's listing page and not one thing mentions "e-book." I reached out to them again with screenshots showing what I found and they said they will not issue a refund despite their misleading website.

They don't say that it's an eBook, but then refuse a refund when you don't want it. Avoid them.

Same experience as everyone else... NOWHERE did it say I was buying an ebook. Call be oldfashioned, I like the feel of an actual book. Why would I want to read a book on my phone?
