The Designs PlanetReviews of thedesignsplanet.com

nothing delivered after 10k$ in expenses. the pass a 500$ on my visa and they don t know why. i have file a complain to Visa, but 500$ isnt a big amount. their prices are a traps

I had them design a website and they had a 3 year contract to keep website up and running. At every turn they were saying give us more money or we can’t move forward. Thousands of dollars later and our website is shut down. And once again if we pay $1649 dollars then they can get us up and running again. This is like a time share company that won’t do what they say and always adding more fees. Don’t use this company. Save your money!!!!

Really disappointed I spent $4000 in this company just threw this money in the trash. They build my website never functional. they told me Google will send me a code so my website can be on live There’s never happened I wait for months. And right now they need me to pay $1500 because my website expired. I am so angry with me because I didn’t search enough about this company before make a deal with them. But I will move on, and this people will pay back soon or later. Be aware of this company is a SCAM .

They told me custom website. It was anything but. Then told me no refund on a fine print technicality. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SKETCHY! Reply to your reply. Please don’t contact me, you’ve had 4-5 opportunities to correct this. You only offered to make it right and refund me once I posted this and google review. This is a SCAM!

Biggest disappointment I've ever paid for. I hired the design planet to build a custom website and design logo. I finally gave up on good outcome 2 months after the expected finish date. 3000.00 down the drain. To top it off they also charged me for website hosting from go daddy. 1800.00 more dollars wasted. I asked for the login credentials to the "website" and have gotten nothing back. the website is still to date non functional. when escalated to Max Williams, his response was to pass the blame and accepted no responsibility whatsoever. in fact, his response was sorry just find someone else to get what you want good luck. I have receipt proof of what i was charged for. the link for the site they "built" is scscontractingllc.com
