I joined the TRD family about two months ago, and from day one I have experienced consistent support and a deep transfer of real-world knowledge. Whether through Gabe’s courses or direct interaction inside the community, the environment is built around growth, execution, and accountability. The relationships alone justify the investment. Having direct access to people who have already made the mistakes, learned the lessons, and built successful systems eliminates years of trial and error. The tools inside the Circle platform compound that value. They are practical, structured, and immediately usable. Being surrounded by like-minded individuals who are actively building, scaling, and closing deals is rare. That environment accelerates clarity, confidence, and action. I am now positioned to execute the moment the right deal appears. The only remaining obstacle is internal hesitation, not lack of resources, not lack of support, and not lack of knowledge. Every tool I need is now in my tool belt because of this community. This has been the best investment I have made in my life. It is a life-changing decision. Fear is a liar. Execution creates freedom

Becoming a TDR member was a turning point for me. When I joined, I quickly realized how much I didn’t know — and that awareness alone was incredibly valuable. The depth of education inside the platform gave me clarity around what actually matters in multifamily investing, not just what sounds good on a pitch deck. Through the training, deal reviews, and shared resources, I’ve been able to build a team, develop a disciplined underwriting process, and confidently evaluate multifamily opportunities with a much stronger understanding of risk, structure, and capital protection. What stands out most is the people. Gabe and the TDR team has been supportive at every stage of the journey, and the community itself is made up of individuals who genuinely want to see others succeed. Questions are welcomed, experience is shared openly, and there’s a real culture of collaboration. Being part of this group has helped me grow not just as an investor, but as an operator — and I’m grateful for the support, education, and relationships that continue to develop along the way. My name is Lucas Selga, this is an absolutely amazing group that Gabe has put together here. Im 25 and joined last year around August. I was able to close my biggest deal ever - 28 units for $3.5m through investor connections I made inside gabes group - specifically on the zooms he hosts for people to pitch deals. Ian on his team helps underwrite the deals and walks you through it, amazing guy as well. I cant say enough about how great it is, couldn’t do it without the deal room seriously.

I’m a wholesaler based out of Albuquerque. After moving from Phoenix, I realized the Albuquerque MSA is comparatively smaller, and we needed to expand into multifamily to continue scaling our business. When I decided to upskill and learn multifamily underwriting, joining The Deal Room was an easy choice. I’ve been part of the Deal Room community since 2022, and the team has been stellar. My team and I have had multiple one-on-one calls with Gabe to review deals we’ve worked on, and the level of support and guidance has been invaluable. So far, we’ve successfully closed two multifamily deals and are actively working toward closing many more. I genuinely appreciate the entire Deal Room team and the community.

I just joined The Deal Room a few days ago on 1/23/26, and I’m honestly blown away by the value already delivered. I’ve completed an extremely detailed yet simplified, no-fluff training that clearly breaks down how to enter the multifamily space the right way. Everything is structured, actionable, and easy to follow—no overwhelm, no hype. The community is just as impressive. It’s filled with newer investors like myself and seasoned veterans actively doing deals. Even better, there are real investors in the room you can potentially partner with to create life-changing opportunities. The support has been stellar—very attentive, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping members win. In just 72 hours, I’ve gained more value than from any coaching or course I’ve purchased in the past. I’m proud to be part of The Deal Room community, and I truly believe my wealth journey starts here. Alex Gazaway

Gabe's Deal Room is a great resource for multifamily investors. Gabe is authentic, knowledgeable and so helpful. He and his team have extensive experience, they are actively doing deals and they're able to guide you past many unseen issues. The community is very active, growing every month and the opportunity to learn from and partner with other experienced multifamily investors is invaluable.

The Deal Room is THE place to be if you want to get into Multifamily and do it right. They focus on the fundamentals of deals, and ensuring that you actually buy good deals that protect your investors. I knew nothing about Multifamily when I started, and less than a yea later I feel like an expert. Gabe is incredible, and this group not only focuses on the leader but allows you to network with other operators and learn from the best.
