One of the most valuable parts of my membership so far. Has been the weekly calls Tuesday/ Friday. The accessibility it offers to Gabe and staff. Where you can ask questions and learn from other experienced operators. As they share their experiences and ask questions. Thru the deal room. I connected with a local operator Krishtion Pesante. My first week in. I’ve been able to go on a visit with him. To one of his potential properties. He’s looking to purchase here in Tampa. The information he’s been able to share with me. Has been invaluable for me. His willingness to help me in any way he can. Is truly appreciated by me. Great guy!!!

I been following gabe on social media for a while. I decided to join the deal room 10 days ago I already meet so many great people and got to learn so much. There are tons on benefits that out weight the cost. The training videos are excellent, the three weekly calls are essential because I get to learn from others experience and hear pitches. I would give the deal room a 10 out of 10.

I have been a member for a little time now and had a couple deals look like they would close but just were not there to cross the finish line. I had personal situations that I had to change and now I am moving forward again. Every Element to be successful is provided for. They put no Financial hurdles and all the people to make things happen at your fingertips. I am again working and looking at possibilities and I know the only way to not be successful is to quit.

I've been a member for roughly a week now. after watching months of videos online. so far I've been welcomes with open arms. the training videos are very thorough and meaningful. Gabe and his team truly do want to see the members of the community grow and thrive through dedication, education, and team relations. i strong recommend joining the community if your interesting is multi family investment, weather its wholesaling, value add, syndication, or just a funds/investor. this community does it all!
