The Custom PackagingReviews of thecustompackaging.com

This is my second project working with Sean, he makes sure all of my requests are met, he’s professional and gets back to me promptly. They finished the project before my deadline. I am a return customer! Thank you TCP.

Mike Wilson has been absolutely amazing! Working with him to get my custom boxes has been such an easy experience.

Brian was very helpful in scoping the project, providing the quotes and status updates, but we faced quality issues that weren't addressed properly. 1. The smell was absolutely horrible and we had to let the boxes air out before shipping to customers. That delayed our launch by about a week. 2. The glue dried out within 30 days, which led to the top layer peeling off, and the cardboard cracking. About 1/4 of the boxes weren't usable. 3. The samples at the top of the shipping boxes looked good, but the colors on the samples placed in the center of the shipment were completely off. As part of the QA, we inspected the top layers, and they looked good. However, as we started shipping the product and going through the samples, we realized the issues with the glue drying up, and the colors being incorrect. We escalated the issues about 40 days post-reception, which is why TheCustomPackaging refused to provide a partial refund or a reprint. Poor quality + customer support is a no-go for us.

I worked with Sean and he was very helpful. He got responses back to me extremely quickly and was able to get my project completed sooner than I had any reason to hope. I was very impressed that they can cut the tags to my specifications instead of forcing me into a preselected size, and even with that flexibility their pricing was competitive.

Mike was very helpful and patient from start to finish in creation and execution of my product boxes. I will work with The Custom Packaging again.

Mike Wilson was so helpful. We weren't quite sure what we wanted the boxes we ordered to look like. He helped us from start to finish. He informed us how long it would take to receive the boxes and helped us with the design. The prices were very reasonable and there were no unwanted surprises. I will definitely be ordering in the future.
