Started a small scale clothing business and got paper shopping bags printed with my branding. The team was very helpful and accommodating… they helped throughout the process, were very easy to reach. Very happy with the quality and the delivery service. Everything was provided to me as per my requirements and liking. Would definitely recommend!

I had the pleasure of working with The Custom Boxes Team for my candle business, and I must say, their service and quality exceeded my expectations. From the moment I contacted them, their professionalism shone through. They were not only efficient but also incredibly entertaining to work with, making the design process enjoyable. What truly set them apart was their commitment to providing a fully personalized solution for my custom candle boxes. They took the time to understand my brand and vision, and the end result was a set of boxes that perfectly reflected the essence of my candles. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the quality of the final product was outstanding. The Custom Boxes Team's dedication to customer satisfaction is commendable. They ensured that every aspect of the design and production was tailored to my specific needs. The end result was not just boxes; it was a work of art that beautifully showcased my candles and elevated my brand. I couldn't be happier with the service and quality I received from The Custom Boxes. If you're looking for a team that goes above and beyond to deliver personalized and top-notch packaging solutions, I wholeheartedly recommend them. Thank you for making my candle business packaging stand out!

Amazing customer service. Nancy was so great to deal with and always got back to me so fast. This was my first time ordering packaging for my small business and I was very nervous about designing the boxes and how they would turn out. The boxes came (shipping was so fast) and I honestly could not be any happier with how they turned out, they are beautiful! I will be re-ordering again and again!

Nancy was my main point of contact and she helped me get the best quality boxes for my buck. I am so impressed and so happy I went ahead to order from her. I am in Canada and her USD prices beat all the suppliers I reached out to in Canada. I would not only work with Nancy again but I would recommend her to my network looking for custom boxes! Happy to continue business with her!

We had a rush project on some product boxes that we had to have completed quickly. I was told to use The Custom Box Packaging website and was connected with Nancy right away. She walked me through every step with ease, helped with the design and correct sizing of our boxes and made sure things were exactly how we needed them. We even had an issue with some wrong information on our end and Nancy and her team made sure that the items were fixed and that we still made our deadline. We couldn't have been happier with the outcome and the timeliness of everything. From start to finish, even with the slight hiccup, we received our order within 10 days roughly. Well done. Highly recommended and will use again for sure.
