THEY FORCED US TO PAY $11K UPFRONT USING PAYONEER.COM FOR 10K BOXES AND ONLY RECEIVED 2K WITH CONTINUOUS LIES ABOUT SHIPMENT ISSUES.... THEY ARE A SCAM AND NOT TO BE TRUSTED.... LOOKS LIKE THERE ARE MANY SIMILAR TO THEM ONLINE NOT SURE WHERE THEY'RE BASED AND USING RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES IN THE U.S.

Started a small scale clothing business and got paper shopping bags printed with my branding. The team was very helpful and accommodating… they helped throughout the process, were very easy to reach. Very happy with the quality and the delivery service. Everything was provided to me as per my requirements and liking. Would definitely recommend!

I had the pleasure of working with The Custom Boxes Team for my candle business, and I must say, their service and quality exceeded my expectations. From the moment I contacted them, their professionalism shone through. They were not only efficient but also incredibly entertaining to work with, making the design process enjoyable. What truly set them apart was their commitment to providing a fully personalized solution for my custom candle boxes. They took the time to understand my brand and vision, and the end result was a set of boxes that perfectly reflected the essence of my candles. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the quality of the final product was outstanding. The Custom Boxes Team's dedication to customer satisfaction is commendable. They ensured that every aspect of the design and production was tailored to my specific needs. The end result was not just boxes; it was a work of art that beautifully showcased my candles and elevated my brand. I couldn't be happier with the service and quality I received from The Custom Boxes. If you're looking for a team that goes above and beyond to deliver personalized and top-notch packaging solutions, I wholeheartedly recommend them. Thank you for making my candle business packaging stand out!

DO NOT TRUST!! I placed an order with them a year ago, and it was great at first. Had a change in my order and was told I could send in the design anytime. I received part of my order, but the quality wasn't the best, and then they ghosted me, after taking my money when I tried to get the rest of my order manufactured and shipped. Upon seeing the other reviews, I saw that they scammed others so BUYER BEWARE. Sad too, because I chose them based on their good reviews from 2020.

Amazing customer service. Nancy was so great to deal with and always got back to me so fast. This was my first time ordering packaging for my small business and I was very nervous about designing the boxes and how they would turn out. The boxes came (shipping was so fast) and I honestly could not be any happier with how they turned out, they are beautiful! I will be re-ordering again and again!
