This is not an inexpensive cushion. It was great for about 7 months, then started having notably less "cushioning power". Inquiry received absolutely no response. Tehri "guarantee" only applies to the short term. For the price I expect a product with a minimum 2-3 years durability and this isn't demonstrating that, nor was customer service responsive. It is impossible to get a direct person to interact with.

I had high expectations for the product given its price, anticipating good quality. However, after using it for a month, I found it to be disappointing. My back pain persists when I’m driving, and I don't find the cushion to be comfortable at all.
