I enjoyed and found Dr. Shefali's Conscious Parenting 2.0 course very helpful. The material is easy to follow and clearly laid out. The best part is that you can right away implement the steps. As you already might know, Dr. Shefali is easy and very interesting to listen to!!!! While I was learning I also was feeling entertained. The doctor's speaking style is very engaging! And the best way to retain information is when you are having fun. I particularly enjoyed the live interventions. Dr. Shefali's introduction to the course was worth the cost of the entire course, in my humble opinion. Her "movie making" analogy clearly explained to me the "why" behind most parenting behaviour. Once you understand the why, it is easy to implement the steps. Thank you Dr. Shefali!

this course was for me a real trip in time, a back and forth between my childhood and the present moment. listening to the experiences of other parents, guided by Dr. Shefali, I had a clear and immediate understanding of our common, human way of reaction. And how it can be modulated, through awareness and daily practice in our relationships. now I can approach the difficult moments in a different, really effective manner. those moments are the alarm bells for me to recentre, to wake up from the unconscious, automatic behaviour. Thank you, Dr. Shefali, for helping me to see and do things differently, so much better!

I started my on my path after the birth of my first child and the death of my father 7 weeks after she was born. I was suffering greatly. I always had a complicated relationship with my own father and after his death and now experiencing motherhood for the first time I had so many questions and confusing thoughts.
