Dr. Shefali is extremely competent and brings her lessons forth in a very natural way. I am very happy to have stumbled upon this program. I recommend it highly to all the parents trying to find a better way to connect with their children and themselves.

I was very excited to join this workshop. It completely opened my eyes to the state of my relationship. It took a lot of courage but I am glad I finally admitted that my partner and I have been living in burnout for years. The concept of 'accept, change, or leave' really impressed me.
