ClustrsReviews of theclustrs.com

Ordered a custom glass mousepad (500x400mm) with my own design. The print quality is excellent. It has vibrant colors and sharp details. Before shipping, they sent me photos and a video of the finished product for approval, which was a nice touch. The only downside is shipping to Europe. It took almost a month from order to delivery, and the DHL tracking showed no movement for the first three weeks. That was a bit stressful. That said, the mousepad itself was absolutely worth the wait. Great build quality, smooth glide, and the custom design turned out exactly as I hoped. Would order again.

I made a mistake on ordering a pad that was not the size I wanted, and in less than 20 minutes I got a professional and kind reply by Grace from the customer service team. This is the type of customer service everyone deserves, thanks to the whole team.

Great service and even better products my tracking in fps games has never been smoother! having it for about half a year now shows how durable it is and i still love it.

The quality of the mousepad is amazing and the custom mousepad came out perfect, best company to buy from and really fast. Definitely buying from them again!

I made a request, and they responded quickly and followed through promptly! I love how fast they replied and even offered me a great deal. This was my first time purchasing one of their glass mousepads, and the experience was excellent. I definitely recommend buying from them. They even sent me photos of my glass mousepads design before shipping, so if you don’t like it, you can let them know. Trust me they help you out!

Mousepad was made exactly as instructed

This is the first time I bought a glass pad with Clustrs and it did not disappoint me one bit. The printing came out amazing and they stayed true to their word and made sure that I was satisfied with how the design looked before sending it out. I sent my order on the 17th of January, got an email on the 19th to make sure that I was satisfied with the quality of the image, and my pad came on the 29th. It has a smooth glide, it is easy to clean, the base sticks to my desk pretty well and is a very good choice for people who want a custom glass pad.

Overall the mousepad has very good quality and highly durable, it is also easy to clean and low maintenance. The shipping was cheap and only took about 15 days to reach me in Australia. Love it
