When my mousepad initially came in, the color was very off from what I anticipated, and unfortunately was not satisfied with it. However, I emailed customer service, and Grace responded to me within 24 hours, dedicated to solving this for me. Over the past two weeks, Grace showed me dedication, patience, and care for my needs and concerns, which was greatly appreciated. She did not hesitate to ask me to send a new design, so they could get it in the works and shipped out to me ASAP. Overall, I had such a great experience, especially customer service wise. And I love the final product of my mouse pad.

Tuve un problema con la alfombrilla( es normal no todas salen iguales por diseño de fabrica) y no solo me enviaron otra 40 euros mas cara sino que no me hicieron ni devolver la que estaba mal. Si buscais una glasspad esta es la mejor y ya no solo por esto que me ha pasado sino que para tactical shooter son las que mejor se sienten
