Customer service was exemplary. Quality build and materials were evident as soon as I unboxed it. Nothing flimsy here. Mat and all the pieces and parts are well built. No issues at all with purchase. Rolls great. Very happy!

Nikolas, thank you so much for the kind words! "Nothing flimsy here" - that's exactly what we love to hear! From day one, our goal has been to build something solid, durable, and thoughtfully designed, so knowing you could feel the quality right out of the box means a lot. Really glad the roll is living up to expectations (not surprised tho 😉) and that everything went smoothly with your purchase. Appreciate the support, keep rolling them pure! ⛳️

The process of ordering and then timely shipment and even more importantly the communication that was provided, included some upgrades (guard rails) being included was great! I had a smaller putting mat in my living room, and measured this one to fit perfectly 3 x 11 and also the chipping mat. I also made one adjustment and have already heard back on some new cup development they are working on, which will be great to see, as you can see I had the original metal cups, which I spray painted with White Metal paint to further highlight the holes. The mat was unraveled and I reverse rolled the ends slightly for 5-10 mins and let sit overnight and all is really good. Added bonus - my wife embraced the new mat and my cats enjoy sitting on it, when I’m not practicing. Haha

Jeff, this is such a great review, thank you! Love that the 3x11 fit your living room perfectly! Appreciate you sharing your setup process too. Due to logistics, sometimes a little break-in is needed. A quick reverse roll and letting it settle overnight is the right move and you will be rolling putts pure in no time! And honestly, if the wife approves and the cats have claimed it, we know we've done something right 👊 Thanks again for the thoughtful feedback. Hope you, wife, cats, and the whole family continue to enjoy the mat together. That's what it's all about - bringing a little more golf (and fun) home! ⛳️

I’ve had the mat for about six weeks now. I use it every day for at least a few minutes sometimes for longer sessions. I’m seeing really strong improvement in the 5 to 8 foot range. I really like it because it looks nice and the pile is thick enough for you to use tease or putting gates to check your start line. I even took it with me on a road trip so I could putt in the hotel room!!

Love this Jeremy! A daily dose of relaxed but meaningful putting practice - dialing in those putts in the money zone! Chiputt is all about improving the smart way, not just grinding harder. Glad you're enjoying the look and feel as well. We designed the Chiputt Mat to be the ONLY putting mats thick enough for tee placement, so hearing that you like the feature reassures us we're building it the right way. Really appreciate the support, keep rolling them pure! ⛳️

I am pleased to report that everything has been going remarkably well with this product. The delivery was quick, and I must commend the customer service; it has truly been second to none. After allowing the Chiputt Mat to settle, I have noticed that the putts have been rolling quite well. While I have yet to test the Stimpmeter, I can confidently state that the performance resembles that of local golf courses, which is impressive. This Chiputt Mat offers excellent value for its performance.

Dore, thank you so much for the incredible feedback! “The Best Indoor Putting Mat Ever” - that’s a title we don’t take lightly. Truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. I’m glad the delivery was smooth and that the service met your expectations. We always try to make sure the entire experience, not just the product, feels premium. It’s great to hear the roll settled in nicely and feels comparable to your local greens. That realistic performance is exactly what we aim for, so knowing it’s delivering for you is very rewarding. Thank you again for the support and for recognizing the value. Wishing you plenty of confident strokes and made putts ahead! ⛳️

Love the mat and set up. You have multiple ways to use it. Can chip, putt one way or back and forth. Borders keep balls on mat for those errant putts. Putts roll true, looks great, and is a welcome addition to living room. Service is excellent and they want you satisfied. Looked at multiple mats and for price this was top choice and I’m not disappointed!
Response from Chiputt GolfMay 3, 2026
Thank you so much Herbert! We love hearing that you’re taking advantage of all the different ways to use the setup - chipping, putting one direction or back and forth. That versatility is exactly what we designed it for! It also means a lot that you highlighted the service. We truly want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. Appreciate you choosing Chiputt after looking at multiple options, and even more glad you’re not disappointed. Wishing you plenty of pure rolls ahead! ⛳️

Fantastic product, even better service! I was looking for a solid putting matt to work on fundamentals and drills but shipping to Canada made some options overly expensive. I stumbled on Chipputt and pulled the trigger. It shipped out super fast and communication was on point. Shipping got delayed (no fault of chipputt) they noticed and went above and beyond! The matt is super plush, the ball rolls true and the accessories are really nicely finished. Hitting short chip shots the turf really grabs the spin off the wedge. Its basically perfect!

Thank you Chris! From day one, our goal has been to bring the Chiputt Mat to golf lovers around the world at a fair price, so we're glad you found us from Canada 🇨🇦 And thank you for your understanding regarding the delay, even when it's outside our control, we always try to stay proactive and make sure our customers are fully taken care of. I'm thrilled to hear the mat is delivering - plush feel, true roll, and meaningful spin feedback on chip shots. That "grabs the spin" comment tells me you're taking your home short game practice seriously! "Basically perfect" is about as high a compliment as we can receive. We truly appreciate your support, wishing you plenty of pure rolls and crisp chips ahead! ⛳️
