Chiputt GolfReviews of thechiputt.com

Very good communication and Fast shipping . The Mat I very good and putts about the right speed for the greens I play on . Easy setup. Highly Recommend

Great mat, great service! Shipped fast and securely. The quality is excellent: it putts true straight out of the box, and the bounce when chipping is the real standout. Can’t wait to see my putting improve!

★★★★★ An Absolute Game-Changer for At-Home Practice! I enjoyed the 8-foot putting mat so much that I recently purchased the 11-foot version as well. Being able to practice both short and long putts in multiple configurations has completely elevated my practice routine. Chiputt has recently made some upgrades that make the matt worth every penny: The new mat backing is a noticeable, high-quality material upgrade that lays completely flat and stays secure. The design of the new hole cups is easily the standout feature! They offer a great fit and finish that is so much nicer than the original metal ball holders. I like the convenience of the removable back lip. The floor of the cup slops backward ensuring the golf balls settle neatly and securely at the back of the cup. The new hole cups significantly increase the playability and enjoyment of the mat! If you are only going to purchase one mat, I highly recommend going with the 3' x 11'. I purchased two and it literally doubled the fun! I highly recommended the Chiputt Premium mat for golfers of any skill level looking to shave strokes off their game.

I’ve owned the Chiputt mat for a week and am very impressed so far! I previously used putting sets with ramp returns, but needing to hit putts harder to reach the hole was hurting my touch on real greens. Given the price, I decided to try the Chiputt. The owner, Jason Fan, provided great service. He even reached out so I could wait a few extra days for the upgraded version. The mat itself is excellent. I no longer have to force extra power, allowing me to putt naturally like I would at my local muni. It also includes great accessories, like the standing mat, which competitors charge extra for. Giving this 4/5 stars only because I’ve only had it a week and can’t speak to long-term durability yet, though Jason mentioned their original prototype still rolls true after 3+ years. Overall, highly recommended!

Easy to order. Owner followed up when supply was low to inform us. Packaging was good and came in a reasonable amount of time. Rolled out with very little work needed to get any bumps or unevenness ironed out. We love it and it rolls very straight and even. Stainless steel cups are 1st class for our summer outdoor environment.

I ordered the putting mat, but unfortunately did not have enough space to use it. I then initiated the return policy. Jason Fen (Founder) was absolutely superb in handling the return. He was thoughtful, prompt and efficient throughout the process, and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Jason, for all your help in making it a stress-free process.

Very good customer support

The roll is great! It has pointed out my flaw in missing putts short. It helps me putt hard enough to get past the hole if missed. Great experience!
