CHERISHED MOMENTSReviews of thecherishedmoment.com

I have ordered 2 videos from this company and was extremely pleased with how quickly they arrived and how cool the videos were. I got one of myself and my late husband and I absolutely love it, and watch it a lot!! I have no complaints and just put in an order for a third video of my late husband and his mother, who is still alive. Thank you Cherished Moment, and

I’m so very impressed with the way this company brings photos to life , outstanding work by the people behind the scenes. I have ordered a few from them and amazing every time would highly recommend

Absolutely brilliant. How they brought my photos to life was amazing. I asked if they could change one of my videos for me, and that is exactly what they did, with no problems at all. Exceptional customer service and extremely prompt. Thank you Cherished Moments.

I used Cherished moments for the first time this week and I can not explain in words how extremely happy I am with the finished video. They have turned an old family picture into a magical video memory and I am very grateful for how the cherished moments team helped support my enquiry throughout the whole process. I would strongly recommend to anyone considering using them and I will definitely be a return customer very soon.

I sent a photo of my husband’s family at a wedding in the 70’s. He lost his mum in 1983. I’m very happy with it, it arrived on time and looks lovely. Just wish the video could maybe slowly play forwards and then maybe backwards to take it from 9 seconds to 18 seconds and lengthen it out a little 🥰

Excellent customer service from Olivia and really pleased with my video. Makes a wonderful surprise gift and I now plan to send them for special occasions, instead of a card.

I found this through a facebook add, and thought what the hell, I'll give it a go. My mum died 10 years ago, and I had a favourite photo of the two of us from when I was a toddler. The video exceeded expectations. I was thinking it may be creepy, as so many AI things are, and I thought it would not quite look like us, but it is absolubtly top notch. I've watched it about 1000 times and I only got it yesterday. It's really a beautiful thing to have. Thank you so much!

I saw this company as a Facebook ad and then checked it on trust pilot to see only 3 reviews. I was super dubious and thought it was probably a scam, but at such a cheap price I thought I’d take my chances. I got my video within the specified 15 hours (I paid extra to have it done quickly) and there were a couple of details that weren’t quite right. I messaged them back and explained and asked for some changes to be made. I heard back from customer services quickly and they said they would make the edits. After a few days I hadn’t heard anything so I emailed again to prompt them and they explained there had been issues making it as I wanted it so asked me to submit a new photo- I sent a slightly different version of the same image. Within an hour I had the revised video and it was brilliant, they had implemented all the changes requested. My mum was overjoyed when I sent it to her as a gift, saying they had captured her late mum perfectly. Cannot rate this company enough and I’ll absolutely be recommending to everyone and purchasing from them again.
