I was in a pinch to get financing for this deal, I just closed on a property few weeks ago, and I didn’t have enough cash in reserve to get this deal, my closing date was in 14 days, I gave all the info to Travis , and he ensured me that, he was able to make it happen, I sent all the documents and was able to close on time. I was turned down by several lenders, but Travis and his team came through for me on this deal. The communication was top notch, and everytime I call, they answer. Will definitely use them in my future deals!
