I asked for help with the product I purchased but did not receive any help. After 4 days and my second email I got a reply that referred me to the manufacturer. I guess it is old fashioned to expect a dealer to know how their product works. In so many words you told me to not bother you any more so I won't be back.

I purchased two Harmony Ultimate remotes from Camera Box. I have not been able to get either one to operate properly. I sent an email to Camera Box but received no reply. I have ordered a new remote from LOGITECH. We will see if it operates properly. So much for trying to save a buck!
