Tried purchasing an item from this Company and the seller kept manipulating price/ increasing it. I have also reported the seller to their ebay, as they also have a store on Ebay! THEY WILL MANIPULATE PRICE !!! The service is not professional at all and childish.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! BE AWARE!!

I haven’t received the item I ordered. In addition, there has been no communication after I sent two emails.

I ordered a set of filters 11 days ago and received an email saying I would be notified when my item was shipped. Expected shipping time was 4-6 days. Have not heard a thing since. I've contact The Camera Box via their contact form, email, and phone, all times they either don't reply or say they'll call back, then they never do. They either have really bad customer service or are a scam.

Item does not fit to 75mm half bowl as stated. Zero contact from customer service upon emailing about issue. Might have to go through paypal for refund unfortunately. Do not shop here.

Returned a Fiio M6 - just poor quality. They charged me $50 restock fee. Said if I remove a bad rating they would give me my money back. RUN from the Camera Box.
