We're sorry to hear you weren't happy with your soaps. Our bars are handcrafted using the traditional cold process method, which is one of the most natural ways to make soap. Because we use naturally derived ingredients rather than the synthetic foaming agents found in many commercial soaps, our bars produce a gentler, creamier lather instead of lots of big bubbles. Hi Deb! Thanks for sharing your experience. We're sorry you did not like the smell of the Patchouli Mud soap. It's made using only pure Patchouli essential oil and dead sea mud. Due to the natural ingredients and because we don't use chemical additives to enhance the scent, you're olfactory profile is likely picking up more of the mud than the essential oil. Hi Rose, we are sorry to hear that you felt the bars were too small for the price. We include an at scale photo on the carousel images of each product page so customers can get a feel for the size. To give some industry examples, our bars are 3.5 oz for $5.95 (even cheaper if you buy a 3 pack or subscription!) which is .58 an ounce. Competitive brands sell their 5 oz bar for $7 on average which is .71 an ounce. So with the math you're actually getting a better value! We also offer free shipping on orders over $25 and with consistent daily use and proper drying care, our bars will last about 6 weeks. We hope you will consider trying us again!

As noted on our product listings, our soap bars are 3.5 oz. We show a soap bar in hand at scale in the photo carousel. Each bar soap will last up to 4-6 weeks with continual daily use and proper storing. We will be reaching out to you directly as we want you to love your soap!
