Hi George! Thanks for reaching out. We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the size of the soaps. We include a to scale photo on our photo carousel to help illustrate the size. Per our FAQ, with proper drying care, our bars last up to 4 weeks with moderate consistent daily use. Every household is different so this number will change depending on the amount of soap you use daily, water usage, and how many people are in your household. We hope that helps!

Hi David! Thank you for sharing your experience. We are sorry to hear that you did not like the size of the bars. We do include a hand shot on our carasoul images to show the bar size at scale. We see here that you purchased our Rugged Variety set. In our 3 bar packs, each bar has been discounted to $4.30 and is reduced to $3.73 each with a subscription. We've gone ahead and given you a partial refund for the order in good faith. We want you to love our products and hope you will consider ordering from us again!

Hi David! Thanks for sharing your experience. We understand that Squatch seems to have set a standard expectation for bar size in the market. As noted on our FAQ, our bars will last up to 4 weeks with proper drainage and daily use. Our 3 packs and bundles are our best value, reducing the single bar costs to $4.31 a bar for 3 packs and 6 pack bundles only $3.80 a bar. Truthfully, we don't think it's in our customers best interest to be purchasing one off single bars of soap and having to pay shipping for it. But because we know some people want to try scents before buying a large quantity, this is why we offer the single bar option. We look forward to hearing how your test goes!
