Great customer service

Working with The Box Lane has taken the stress out of my packaging needs! Their products are quality, design help is readily available and turnaround time couldn’t be better! Highly recommend!

We are a natural skincare company that sells handmade natural soaps and organic skincare products. We needed soap boxes to package and ship our handmade soaps to our customers. We had an ideal in mind of what we wanted and Jason went to work in designing us a mock up and bringing our ideas to reality. Not only did we buy our soap boxes from The Box Lane but we also ordered our mailer boxes from them as well. Their customer service is remarkable and they actually go above and beyond to make sure that you are truly happy and satisfied with your order. Thank you Jason and Box Lane for everything.
