We have removed almost all of the old manufacturers as we are now U.K based and now have only got tried and tested ones in our store. UPDATE 2024: It's criminal that Trustpilot allows these kinds of defamatory reviews. Trustpilot's so-called "Integrity Team" claims that this review doesn't contain defamation (untrue statements designed to harm a reputation). We are not "crooks" (a person who engages in fraudulent or criminal practices), yet Trustpilot allows this description of us to remain. Trustpilot are the actual crooks -- isn't that ironic? ====== Hello, John. You made the order on the 19th and we shipped out your parcel on the 23rd. You received the items on the 25th! (We have USPS confirmation). 2 days delivery time is, as we know, quite fast delivery. We have a size chart on all of our products pages that explain exactly how to measure the correct size. Once you told us that the size you ordered wasn't a good fit and that you wish to exchange it, we were glad to assist you and we just asked you to send it back to us (a domestic delivery) so we can send you new items free of charge! We operate for almost a year now, and we have thousand of happy customers. we always try to make our customers happy and we always try to make sure it can happen. Calling us crooks is offensive and misjudging and far from being correct. We will keep trying to provide our loyal customers the most perfect shopping experience! P.S.
