Their customer service, I was very particular on the watch i wanted and they searched and actually found it. Then the web browsers was using wouldn't connect to the PayPal site.... so I followed their advice and it got resolved. This took quite some time and the guy stuck with mere thru it.

Love the watch and it came in a great Rolex case with Certification markers. It looks beautiful and keeps time well. Took a little while to get to me, but it was well worth it for the price.
