Eye catching verisimilitude & well crafted.
The watches are beautiful and have the heft of authentic craftsmanship. After a couple days they ran down and I couldn’t figure out how to wind and set the time but a black queens advisor messaged me with an instructional video and they were very easy to understand. I’m a happy customer and will do repeat business.

Great customer service
I left a review before, and this is a follow up. I have now bought 3 watches from the black queens shop, and have a 4th on the way. What sets them apart is that the customer service is so prompt and responsive, it makes me reluctant to buy from anyone else. I text with my rep Sophia and always receive a timely response, despite the time difference. A warranty issue was dealt with efficiently.

This company is 100% legit and professional. Their communications is completely off the charts. and I cannot find any better company to do business with.
